Suspects Sought In Six Armed Robberies In Queens

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Two suspects are being sought for a string of armed robberies in Queens.

The duo has held up six businesses in six different neighborhoods of the borough since the end of November, police said.

In each incident,  the masked robbers entered the business displaying a gun and removed cash and other property, police said.

The first robbery occurred on Nov. 29 at a gas station on Farmers Boulevard in Rochdale Village, police said.

On Dec. 5, the suspects robbed two customers at the Quick Script Pharmacy on Hillside Avenue in Jamaica Estates and also made off with cash from the store register, police said.

Five days later the suspects struck Norden Drugs Rajani Inc. on Main Street in Flushing, police said.

On Dec. 15, a customer was robbed at Total Wireless on 230th Street in Laurelton and cash was taken from the store register, police said.

On Dec. 17, the suspects robbed Great Supermarket on 144th Avenue in Brookville and two days later a gas station on 150th Street in Jamaica, police said.

No injuries were reported in any of the robberies.
