NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Trains on the A, C, B and D subway lines were delayed Monday afternoon after a woman was hit by a train at the 125th Street station in Harlem.
Around 3:20 p.m., the woman was struck by an A train on the northbound track. She was reported in critical condition late Monday afternoon, authorities told 1010 WINS.
The woman jumped onto the tracks, authorities said.
Beginning around 3:30 p.m., passengers on the affected lines were advised of delays due to a police investigation. Uptown A and D trains were running local between the 59th Street-Columbus Circle and 125th Street stations.
