During today’s show open, Craig indicated that he had the cure for the Jets, who find themselves in an awful mess following their disappointing 6-10 season.
According to Craigie, Woody Johnson — who already fired GM Mike Tannenbaum — needs to sever ties with Rex Ryan and somehow bring Bill Cowher into the fold. It’s that simple.
Needless to say, Boomer wasn’t thrilled to hear that name come out of his radio partner’s mouth, considering he works with Cowher on CBS’ NFL Today, but such is life when you work with Craig Carton.
