Jerry Recco’s first update proved to be both informative and entertaining.  Things got going with Rex Ryan and the Jets, who have yet to address the media following their disappointing 6-10 season.  With Rexy vacationing in the Bahamas along with his wife, therefore unavailable, we heard no audio of the Jets head coach.

Owner Woody Johnson scheduled a press conference for Rex and himself next Tuesday, so there’s that.

Ray Lewis found himself in front of a few recording devices yesterday after the Ravens linebacker revealed his plans to retire following the season.  According to Lewis, it was God who made the decision for him.

Plus, Antrel Rolle isn’t sure what went wrong with the Giants in 2012, the Nets beat down the Thunder 110-93 and afterward Brook Lopez babbled to the media,  Amar’e Stoudemire revealed that he has never been taught how to play defense – that nugget of information led to a demonstration involving Jerry and the Booms (pictured) which got very physical.

After Jerry finished up, Boomer & Craig continued their conversation about a vacationing Rex and those always entertaining J-E-T-S Jets, Jets, Jets…
