NEW YORK (WLNY) – Students were in class at Democracy Prep Middle School on Monday — and TV 10-55′s Alex Denis was right there with them.

The young scholars made headlines during election season when they sang a ‘Call Me Maybe’ parody called ‘Vote For Somebody,’ which encouraged Americans to get out there and cast their ballot.

Guided by teacher Jerry Phelps, the students performed for Alex Denis and the Mobile Couch.
