NYPD Looking For Suspect In Queens Larceny Spree

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a suspect in a string of crimes in Flushing.

Authorities said the person responsible for the larcenies has taken credit cards, money and cellphones.

The incidents took place between July 21 and Nov. 26 of last year.

The most recent crime took place on Maple Avenue in which the suspect took cash from a victim's purse, police said.

The suspect  is described as a Hispanic male with a large build. Authorities said he is between 30 and 40 years old, and 5-foot-10 to  foot and between 220 and 300 pounds.

Police also said he was "casually dressed."
