Boomer and Craig were among royalty today, as Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler stopped by the Allstate Studio.

‘The King,’ who has lived some life, captivated the guys during his visit.

He told the guys all about his recent health issues — and how he has plans to wrestle again — before giving a detailed account of his famous (staged) feud with the late Andy Kaufman. Lawler filled us in on how the ruse began and what he thought it meant to the development of professional wrestling.

We also heard about the renaissance-man life Mr. Lawler leads outside of the ring; his 24-year-old girlfriend, who he took to see ‘Mary Poppins’ on Broadway while here in New York; his need for assistance in the bedroom; and we got to hear him sing a couple of Elvis tunes before revealing that he had never worked out with a weight in his life, therefore rendering the guys’ ‘What are ya benching’ question pointless…
