Second Inmate Escape This Week, Jermaine Logan, 27, Slipped Out Of Cuffs In The Bronx

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- Another inmate has escaped in New York City this week. Jermaine Logan, 27, was being bussed to the Bronx when he slipped out of handcuffs and ran away on Thursday night, according to the Department Of Corrections.

On Friday night police recaptured escaped murder suspect Brandon Santana. Santana overpowered a police officer on Thursday night at the 78th precinct while he was being escorted to the bathroom. He was later found hiding under a bed at the home of a friend.
