NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A water main break left seven basements flooded in eastern Queens Tuesday evening.

The basements were flooded when the water main ruptured at 249th Street and Shiloh Avenue in the Little Neck section of Queens, near the boundary with Nassau County, authorities said.

No one was injured, and the flooding was confined to the basements, 1010 WINS reported. No streets were flooded by the rupture.

The extent of the damage to the basements was not learned Tuesday evening.
