The guys were live from radio row in New Orleans for the final football Friday of the season.
It was a light night in NY sports, but that didn’t slow B&C down this morning. Craig had all the juicy details from his exploits on Bourbon Street with Al and Jerry. Boomer did not partake in the festivities because he always tries to avoid drunken football fans, but mainly it was so he can gawk over Beyonce at her SB presser.
As happy as Boom was to see his celebrity crush, he was in kind of a surly mood because his Rangers were blanked by the Pens last night. Nobody cares about hockey. However, the blonde bomber did brighten up when Craig showed him some pictures of three-for-one Heinekens and Jerry ridding a mechanical bull.
Unfortunately the laughs came to an abrupt halt as Craig announced the sad news of the passing of former Mayor Ed Koch at the age of 88. Mr. Koch was a terrific man that truly loved this city. It’s a very sad day for everyone with ties to NYC.
