With Jerry still off, Chris LoPresti (C-Lo) made the trip up to Mohegan Sun to update the guys on what’s going on in the world of sports.
He starts with the story in the Daily News that the Jets plan to release Bart Scott, and Craig questions why that’s even a story. The guys also get into Osi Umenyiora and whether or not the Jets would be interested.
The Rangers beat the Islanders last night at the Garden which made Boomer very happy, especially since 19-year-old J.T. Miller netted his first two NHL goals. Craig tells everyone to calm down, and let’s see how he does after a month.
Last night was also the return of Ranger captain Ryan Callahan, which had Craig pondering how he was able to come back so fast, bringing up the PED discussion once again.
