In addition to his duties with the CBS Sports Network, Wally Szczerbiak is also part of the Knicks’ pre- and postgame shows on MSG.

So Al Dukes reached out to him to join Craig and talk a little about Mike Woodson’s gang as the All-Star break approaches.

With a record of 32-17, the Knicks find themselves in second place in the Eastern Conference, trailing only LeBron James and the red-hot  Heat by three games.  Despite the Heat’s dominance — and agreeing with Craig that LeBron is the best player on the planet — Wally still believes the Knickerbockers are good enough to win a championship. But they will need the services of Rasheed Wallace and Marcus Camby to do so, he said, because small ball won’t work come playoff time…
