FDNY EMT Gets 89 Years To Life For Sexually Assaulting 5 Victims

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) -- An emergency medical technician with the New York City Fire Department has been sentenced to a term of 89 years to life in prison, after being convicted of sexually assaulting five victims over a period of 10 years.

Angus Pascall, 36, was sentenced Wednesday, according to the Brooklyn District Attorney's office. He had been convicted last month of rape, predatory sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

One of his victims was an 11-year-old girl.

Prosecutors said Pascall used a knife or a gun in each of the assaults. He also used an elevator key to trap one of his victims inside an elevator where he sexually assaulted her.
