1 oz CAMUS VSOP Elegance
.25 oz Lucid Absinthe
.25 oz Fonseca BIN 27
2.5 oz CAMUS French Roast coffee
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a shaker
Strain over fresh ice
Garnish: with an orange wedge
Red Hot Lovin’
.25 oz Fonseca BIN 27
5 oz Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut
Method:
Chill and pour Fonseca BIN 27 into Champagne flûte
Top with Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut
Garnish: prepare glass first with a beautiful hibiscus flower

1.25 oz CAMUS VSOP Elegance
.25 oz butterscotch schnapps
2 oz cream soda
Method:
Build all ingredients in highball glass over ice. Stir and serve.
Garnish: with a sugar daddy pop

Champagne Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut
Non-alcoholic
Rosy Palmer
.25 oz strawberry purée
2.5 oz lemonade
2 oz iced tea
Method:
Build all ingredients over ice in glass and stir
Garnish: with a strawberry sliced down the middle to look like a heart.
