2 NYPD Employees Arrested In Separate Incidents
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Two NYPD employees found themselves on the wrong side of the law Sunday morning.
NYPD Communications Technician Tawana Jackson, 42, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. Sunday in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, police said.
She was arrested on third-degree assault charges after a domestic incident.
And at 2:16 a.m., NYPD School Safety Agent Edwin Clemente, 28, was arrested in the Midtown North Precinct and also charged with third-degree assault. He had been in a bar fight, police said.
Police have not released further details on either incident.
