1 quart cooked chickpeas
1/3 quart of tahini
Pinch of salt
Juice from 1 lemon
To garnish:
4 tablespoons of cooked chickpeas
Ground cumin
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
