Cooking On The Couch: Hummus

NEW YORK (WLNY) -- Hummus, the popular Middle Eastern dip, is both healthy and delicious.

But did you know there is more than one way to enjoy the chick pea dish?

Cehf Efi Naon, executive chef at the Manhattan hot spot Barbounia, visited The Couch to show us how.

1 quart cooked chickpeas
1/3 quart of tahini
Pinch of salt
Juice from 1 lemon

To garnish:
4 tablespoons of cooked chickpeas
Ground cumin
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
