NYPD: Woman Sexually Assaulted At Gunpoint In Hotel Room By 3 Suspects
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police are looking for a trio of suspects wanted in a Midtown sexual assault.
The incident happened Thursday around 2:15 a.m. A 27-year-old woman was sexually assaulted at gunpoint inside a hotel room, police said.
One suspect, who was inside the victim’s room, was asked to leave after an argument. The suspect, police said, returned to the room moments later with at least two other suspects who sexually assaulted the woman.
Police said one suspect brandished a firearm and threatened to shoot the victim if she did not stop screaming. The suspect later fled the location.
The first suspect is described as a black male, about 5-foot-9 with a Chinese character tattooed on his chest. The other two suspects as described as black males between 18 and 28.
Police have released surveillance photos of all three suspects.
