Urban rebounding is a high intensity workout which combines cardio, strength and abdominal exercises into a fun routine with hardly any stress to the joints and muscles.

Jim Rodino, instructor at New York Health and Racquet Club, stopped by The Couch to show us how the fitness trend works.
