Jerry Recco’s first update of the morning covered a wide range of topics, none bigger than the news that the Giants have assigned a first-round tender to restricted free agent Victor Cruz, making the wide receiver’s future with Big Blue uncertain.
You could say the Knicks’ future is also uncertain right now I suppose. Although after last night’s 92-63 drubbing at the hand of the Golden State Warriors, Boomer and Craig are not feeling overly confident about the Knicks’ past, future or present. Carmelo Anthony’s return was not enough and the guys are starting to think things could get very ugly for the Knicks in a hurry. Next up: at Denver tomorrow night.
