B&C Morning Show: Jerry's Early Morning Update

Jerry Recco began his first update of the morning with the Knicks after they lost badly in Denver, falling to the Nuggets 117-94, on a night when Mike Woodson expected his guys to step up.

When the final horn sounded, the Knicks had not 'stepped up' and were without the services of Tyson Chandler (questionable tonight against Portland), as well as  Carmelo Anthony (heading back to New York for treatment, out indefinitely) and the free fall continues.  According to Melo, he just didn't have it, while Chandler is no longer having fun and Steve Novak is just embarrassing himself on a nightly basis.

Plus, the Heat win their 20th straight game, Kobe Bryant is out with a badly sprained ankle and really peeved, another wild day of NFL free agency, the New York Post trumps themselves with regards to Darrelle Revis and whether or not the Jets are still looking to trade the cornerback.  After Derek Jeter made his spring debut at shortstop for the Yankees, Andy Pettitte, Mariano Rivera and the captain himself let us know it's all good with the Bombers.  The Devils beat the Flyers and the Big East tourney ramps up...
