B&C Morning Show: Let The Liberation Begin; Yankees, NCAA Tourney & More

It was a wild weekend, which meant the Dynamic Radio Duo had plenty to talk about while getting things started this Monday morning.

Boomer and Craig discussed the 'madness' surrounding the NCAA Tournament, which for the first time in tourney history has a No. 15 seed, Florida Gulf coast, in the Sweet 16.

The Knicks did some more winning over the weekend and are playing with whole new vibe, led by Carmelo Anthony, who appears to be healthy.  The Giants have reportedly made an offer to Victor Cruz, but no deal has been made as of yet.

All of that took a back seat to the Yankees, who may be without Derek Jeter on Opening Day. The captain should return to the Bombers' lineup by April 6th -- and are reportedly near a deal with the Angels to bring outfielder Vernon Wells into the fold.

Despite being in favor of the deal for Wells - Boomer and Craig both like the 'stop-gap' move - Craigie took great joy in what he called a feeling of 'liberation' with regards to what he believes will be an inevitable fall from grace for the Yankees this season.  The guys also explained what purpose a 'stop-gap' guy serves...
