The village attorney told Newsday that Torborg, 44, was caught partially naked with a Levittown resident in his fire department vehicle.

The attorney told the newspaper the village used the vehicles' GPS device, and hired a private investigator. The P.I. caught Torborg, who is married, making late night stops in a wooded area near the Meadowbrook Parkway on 12 different occasions, the newspaper reported.

He was also caught making a stop at a motel in Westbury, the newspaper reported.

Torborg told the newspaper the allegations give an inaccurate and incomplete picture of the circumstances.
