Rick Pitino led the Louisville Cardinals to a 82-76 win over the Michigan Wolverines last night in Atlanta, capturing the NCAA’s national championship in the process and adding to an unbelievable personal run.

Boomer and Craig opened up Tuesday’s radio program talking about the conclusion of March Madness and Bernard King’s new Hall of Fame status, before collectively praising the latest effort from the Mets’ young fireballer, Matt Harvey, after his second straight impressive start, a 7-2 win over the Phillies.  Boomer is thrilled to finally have a phenom to hang his hat on, while Craig is just doing his best to live in the moment and enjoy the Mets for what they are.

The Yankees’ bats woke up in Cleveland, thanks in large part to Joe Girardi, according to Craig.  The Rangers, meanwhile, they lost 4-3 to the Maple Leafs north of the border and the effort did not sit well with the Blonde Bomber, who was sure to vent about his beloved Blueshirts.

Then there was Victor, who explained how the Boomer & Carton Morning Extravaganza is as vital to his morning routine as a hot cup of coffee, comparing it to a drug, before Booms revealed that he was once known as ‘Poncho’ among a select group of peers…
