Police: City Children's Services Worker Charged With Drunk Driving
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - A New York City Administration for Children's Services employee has been charged with driving while ability impaired, police announced.
John Myrick, 63, was off-duty when he was stopped by police in Park Slope on Saturday evening.
According to police, Myrick was stopped around 7:40 p.m. and was found to have a blood alcohol level above the legal limit. He was then placed under arrest and subsequently charged.
