B&C Morning Show: Cano Knows, Terry Speaks, Boomer Celebrates

Jerry Recco's first update of the morning began with the radio call of Robinson Cano's three-run home run Tuesday night in the Bronx, which turned a 2-0 deficit into a 3-2 lead.

The Yanks went on to a 4-2 win and have now won six of seven after getting off to a 1-4 start.

The Mets were not as fortunate, as they dropped both games of a doubleheader in Colorado, were they battled both the Rockies and the elements.  After dropping the nightcap 9-8, Terry Collins sounded like he had a very long day.

Plus, the Rangers got stopped in Philly, losing 4-2 to the Flyers, while the Islanders beat the Panthers 5-2 and now hold a three-point advantage over the Blueshirts.  Pat Summerall passed away yesterday at the age of 82 and Boomer celebrates his 52nd birthday with his morning show family...
