NYPD: Man Wanted For Custodial Interference In Brooklyn
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police in Brooklyn are trying to find a toddler and his father, who they say is wanted for custodial interference.
Levi Jennings, 2, was taken by his father Thomas Jennings, 22, on Tuesday, police said. The elder Jennings took his son after he forced his way into an apartment on Fulton Street where the boy was being watched by a babysitter, police said.
Thomas Jennings is barred by the courts from having custody of his son, police said.
