NYPD Investigating Death Of 6-Month-Old Girl In Queens

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are investigating the death of a 6-month-old girl in Queens.

Police responded to a 911 call of an unconscious baby at a home on Queens Boulevard around 10:20 p.m. Monday.

The baby was found unconscious and unresponsive, police said. The child was later pronounced dead at Elmhurst General Hospital.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

The investigation is ongoing.
