Police Hunt For Robbers Who Punched Man, Stole iPhone On Subway

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Wednesday were searching for two men who punched another man in the eye, and stole his iPhone, on a subway train in Brooklyn.

The incident happened around 12:40 a.m. on Thursday, April 11. The 23-year-old man was on a Manhattan-bound A train entering the Euclid Avenue station, in the East New York section of Brooklyn, when the suspects punched him and took the iPhone, police said.

The suspects hopped out of the train at Euclid Avenue.

The suspects were described as black males between the ages of 18 and 22. A more detailed description was not released.

Police have released a surveillance video of the suspects.
