Corrections Officer Charged With Punching Brother
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A New York City corrections officer was charged Wednesday with punching her brother in the face at his home in Harlem.
Officer Lonnie Stoudymire, 32, was arrested around 5:55 p.m. Wednesday at her brother's home on 149th Street in Harlem, police told 1010 WINS. She was charged with assault.
Police came to Stoudymire's brother's home after he called in a complaint that he was being abused.
Stoudymire's brother suffered a cut to the lip when she allegedly punched him, but he was not hospitalized.
