Here are some recipes for Kentucky Derby cocktails:

Kentucky Derby Cocktails

Peach Julep
-       6 sprigs of mint
-       2 tsp Sugar
-       8 oz. peach nectar
-       8 oz club soda
-       6 oz bourbon
-       Crushed ice

In a shaker muddle mint and sugar.  Add peach nectar and bourbon, shake well, add in club soda and pour into a glass filled with crushed ice.  Garnish with a mint sprig

Sweet Tea
-       3 oz. Sweet tea vodka
-       6 oz. lemonade
-       Splash club soda
-       Mint Sprig

In a cocktail shaker combine Sweet tea vodka and lemonade.  Shake well and pour into a glass filled with ice.  Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with a mint sprig.

Non-alcoholic Peach Julep
-       6 sprigs of mint
-       2 tsp Sugar
-       8 oz. peach nectar
-       8 oz club soda
-       Crushed ice
