Concern Grows As Family And Friends Search For Missing NJ Man

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- Concern is growing as family and friends have stepped up efforts to locate a New Jersey man who disappeared on Wednesday.

Curtis Aukshunas, 25, works as an analyst at an office in midtown, CBS 2 reported.

On Saturday Aukshunas' friends were outside of his West 51st Street office hanging up missing posters.

"Curtis and his wife are just the closest couple I've ever known," friend Callie Peck said, "They're each others' whole world and she is understandably distraught and just wants to get him home."

Aukshunas has been described as 6'3" and 165-lbs with brown hair. He is an avid bread baker, distance runner, and vegetable gardener. Friends described him as a very loving husband.

Family members set up a website asking anybody with information regarding the Englewood man's disappearance to contact authorities.

Aukshunas' friends and family are asking the public to spread word of his disappearance over social media.
