B&C Morning Show: Fun On A Friday, Morning Show Style
With Boomer back in the saddle, things were back to normal this morning in the Allstate Studio. The Dynamic Radio Duo, that is the aforementioned Boomer Esiason and his little buddy, Craig Carton, got things started with some reaction from last night's Game 4 of the NBA Finals, which saw Miami's "Big 3" reemerge and make their presence felt in a very big way.
Sticking with the NBA theme, the guys offered some more reaction to Jason Kidd's new gig in Brooklyn and his meeting with the media yesterday afternoon. Booms, of course, found a way to shoehorn the Rangers into the conversation, as their search for a head coach continues and Blue Shirt legend, Mark Messier, continues to have his name brought up.
The guys also talked about the Mets' inability to score runs, which leads Craig to predict that the time is going to come when Matt Harvey grows tired of the offensive shortcomings and demands a trade.
As for the Yankees, they played 18 innings yesterday afternoon/evening in Oakland and lost, 3-2, putting a bow on a three-game A's sweep. Time to worry about the Bombers???
So there was a whole heck of a lot going on, and it's a Friday -- which is awesome...
