B&C Morning Show: Edgardo Alfonzo Casts His Vote For David Wright
As far as Craig is concerned, Edgardo Alfonzo is the best second baseman to ever play for the Mets. So needless to say, he and Boomer were thrilled to welcome him into the Allstate Studio this morning to talk some Mets baseball.
While he was there, Edgardo commented on the buzz surrounding Matt Harvey and Zack Wheeler, Ike Davis' demotion, his beef with Timo Perez, leaving the Mets for the San Francisco Giants, what he's benchin' (of course) and his wife's home cookin'.
Before saying goodbye, Craig managed to recruit Alfonzo for the B&C Softball Teamm and the former Met did his part by casting a vote for David Wright to be the NL starter at third base in the All-Star Game...
