NEW YORK (WLNY) – We took it to the top for this week’s Dine on Demand segment.
In an effort to save bees from rapid decline and create mouth-watering “bee-pollinated” recipes, chefs from the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts in major cities like New York, Boston and Cleveland are keeping their own rooftop gardens.
TV 10-55’s Alex Denis visited Chef Andrew Rubin of the InterContinental Times Square to taste test some roof-grown dishes.
