Stephanie & Tony’s Table: Tequila Lime Chicken
Tequila Lime Chicken
1/4 c. Tequila
1 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Jalapeno (seeded, chopped)
1/2 Bunch Fresh Cilantro
2 Thin Chicken Breasts
Combine all ingredients except for chicken in a blender until mixture is smooth. Put mixture in a plastic bag with chicken, seal the bag, and let marinate for a few hours or overnight. In a medium pan, saute chicken on medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Serve over tortilla chips, Pico de Gallo, or flour tortillas.
