NEW YORK (WLNY) — After the ‘Cronut’ craze took Manhattan last month, a Manhattan restaurant known for its healthy, specialty recipes set out to put its own spin on the treat.

Blossom Du Jour created a similar dessert delight — except this one is a vegan version. Made without dairy or eggs, the croissant-doughnut combination debuted two weeks ago. The treat comes in fun flavors like Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
