Fit Minute: Using A Towel To Keep You Toned
NEW YORK (WLNY) -- Fitness expert Larysa Didio showed The Couch how to use a towel to shape and tone your body.

Didio says to grab a ball or towel, and as you squat, reach to the outside of your left foot, as you rise you make a semi-circle with your arms overhead. Then when you bend down to squat again you reach to the outside of the opposite foot.
