Grace Choi Cooks Korean Barbequed Short Ribs

NEW YORK (WLNY) — Grace Choi, the host of Cooking Channel’s, ‘Cooking with Grace,’ stopped by The Couch to cook up some Korean barbecue.

Korean Barbequed Short Ribs

4 lbs short ribs, sliced thinly
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup agave
2/3 cup mirin
1/3 cup sesame oil
10 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1 T black pepper
Minced scallions
3 T toasted sesame oil

Combine all the marinade ingredients, then add it to the short ribs. Keep at room temperature for an hour at least, or in the fridge overnight (turning to make sure the marinade is evenly dispersed on the meat). Bring it back to room temperature before grilling.
