Police Release New Video, Images Of Suspect In Attempted Rape In Inwood

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police have released a new surveillance video and pictures of a man they say tried to rape a pregnant woman as she walked her dog in upper Manhattan earlier this week.

The suspect grabbed the 30-year-old woman from behind and tried to take off her clothes around 7 a.m. Sunday near West 212th Street in Inwood, police said.

The victim was able to fight off her attacker as a neighbor emerged from a nearby building. The suspect fled the scene, police said.
