Study: Hot Cocoa Is Good For Your Brain

NEW YORK (WLNY) -- Cocoa each day may keep dementia away.

A new study in the Journal of Neurology says hot cocoa is good for your brain. The cocoa drinkers in the study performed better on thinking and memory tests than those who didn't drink hot cocoa.

The Harvard study says it appears that hot cocoa helps improve blood circulation in the brain.

The research reflects a growing body of evidence that blood flow in the brain affects thinking and memory.
