B&C Morning Show: Jerry's Monday Morning Contribution
Jerry Recco was all over it when delivering his first update of the morning, beginning with the story surrounding the Yankees, after they took two of three from the Tigers over the weekend, thanks in large part to the late game heroics of Brett Gardner. After Mariano Rivera blew his third straight save, Joe Girardi laughed off questions about his closer's woes.
Speaking of the post game, Suzyn Waldman made her way to the field following yesterday's drama-filled 5-4 win to chat with Alex Rodriguez, which was entertaining, even more entertaining though was when Craig morphed into Miss Waldman and had some fun at her expense. That never gets old.
Plus, Mets take two of three from the D-Backs, have won five of six over all and Ike Davis' batting average is up to .205. The Jets and the Giants make their preseason debuts, former Browns QB Bernie Kosar (pictured) plays the role of color analyst for the Rams like few before him prompting St. Louis head coach Jeff Fisher to take notice and Jason Dufner wins the PGA Championship, capturing his first 'Major Championship'...
