NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Beyonce gave fans a thrill when she appeared at Coney Island on Thursday evening.

One park-goer, however, said her experience was a nightmare after Queen Bey arrived.

A woman claims she got stuck on the Wonder Wheel for nearly half an hour on Thursday night while Beyonce and her entourage boarded the ride.

Dorris Hone, 47, told the New York Post she's deathly afraid of heights and "freaked out" when she realized she was going to be stuck 150 feet in the air. At the time, she didn't know it was due to Beyonce.

"I'm afraid of heights," Hone told the paper. "I was horrified."

She wants an apology from the "Crazy In Love" singer.

The singer, on the other hand, was all smiles as she raised her arms coming down the iconic Cyclone roller coaster. It's not clear if she was at the park to shoot a music video, but she did sit in the ride with her stylist as famed videographer Terry Richardson was filming.

So far, no word from Beyonce's people.
