Cops Seek Suspects In Bronx Livery Cab Robbery
NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is asking the public for help in identifying and tracking down three individuals wanted in connection with a robbery that took place in the Woodlawn section of the Bronx on Saturday.
Shortly before 5 a.m. three livery cab passengers robbed their driver at gunpoint near the intersection of East 236 Street and Oneida Ave, police said.
One suspect brandished a firearm while her alleged accomplices beat the driver and removed his property.
The first suspect was described as a black female with a medium build and a series of tattoos on her arms. She was wearing a Nike baseball cap and a pair of sunglasses.
The second suspect was described as a heavyset Hispanic female. She was wearing a baseball cap with a New York Knicks logo and a striped hooded sweatshirt.
The third suspect was described as thin, Hispanic male, he was wearing a baseball cap with a Chicago Bulls logo.
