One shooting in the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn left three men injured and hospitalized. A neighbor told WCBS 880’s Monica Miller she he heard about five shots fired over loud music around 4:30 a.m. 1664 Albany Ave., and saw about a dozen people scattering upon looking out her window.
