Cops: Man Threatened, Robbed Woman At Brooklyn F Train Stop
NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD has asked the public for help in identifying a man wanted in connection with a robbery that took place at an F Train stop in the Mapleton Section of Brooklyn last week.
A 62-year-old woman told police that she was walking past a suspect who was sitting on a bench at the McDonald Ave. and Avenue I subway station. As she walked past him the man grabbed her bag, threatened her with a firearm, stole her wallet and fled the scene.
The suspect was described as a black male in his thirties. He is approximately 5'7".
