Apple Fennel Slaw

Ingredients:

2 granny smith apples, julienne
1 bulbs fennel, sliced
½ red onion, sliced very thing
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt, fresh pepper
fresh herbs to taste.

Directions:

While slicing apples, coat with lemon juice (to prevent browning). Combine with fennel, onion, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Garnish with fresh herbs.
