Teenager Hospitalized Following Shooting At Brooklyn Park
NEW YORK (AP) -- A 13-year-old boy was in stable condition Friday night after being shot in the groin in a Brooklyn park.
Police said the boy was shot at about 7:30 p.m. in Canarsie Park, often referred to as Seaview Park.
The boy was taken to Brookdale University Hospital where he was being treated for his injuries, police said.
There were no immediate arrests and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
