Police Hunt For Man Who Exposed Himself On Bronx Train Platform

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Saturday were searching for a man who exposed himself to a 17-year-old girl on a subway platform in the Bronx.

On Wednesday, Aug. 21, the man walked up to the girl, who was waiting for the train on the southbound platform at the elevated subway station at 183rd Street and Jerome Avenue, which serves the No. 4 line. The man proceeded to expose himself, police said.

The girl got on a train and the suspect ran off, police said.

The suspect was described as a black male around 30 years old, standing about 6 feet tall and weighing about 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing work boots, blue jeans, and a brown striped T-shirt.

Police have released as surveillance video of the suspect.
