Mobile Couch: Dine On Demand At Umami Burger

NEW YORK (WLNY) -- Umami Burger is a West Coast favorite -- but it now has fans lining up in the city's West Village.

The restaurant recently opened here in the city. TV 10-55's Alex Denis met with Adam Fleischman, Umami Burger's CEO and Founder.

Umami has recently teamed up with star guitar player Slash to create a new burger -- the proceeds of which benefit charity.
