2 Men Found Dead In Overnight Shootings In Queens

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The bodies of two slain men were found overnight in different locations in Queens.

The first discovery happened around 1:35 a.m. outside 184-09 140th Ave. in the Rochdale section of Queens. Upon arriving at the scene, police found a 29-year-old man lying in front of a residence with five gunshot wounds to the body.

The man, whose identity has not been released, was taken to Jamaica Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Around 4:10 a.m., police found another man lying with multiple gunshot wounds outside the Perfection strip club, at 62-05 30th Ave. between the Astoria and Jackson Heights sections of Queens.

The unidentified man, who was reported to be in his 20s, was pronounced dead a short time later at Elmhurst Hospital.

There were no arrests in either case as of late Saturday morning, and the investigations continued.
